Appointments, Contracts and payment
An initial consultation can either take place over the telephone (free) or in-person (which will be charged at the normal rate). Often initial sessions in person are longer, If you feel that I am the right person for you and I have the right skill set to meet your requirements, then we will organise regular sessions. This is normally weekly, but may also be twice weekly or every other week. We will work out, what works best for you.
I will give you essential paperwork to complete and we will organise a contract agreeing, sessions and price. I abide by GDPR and all professional standards of my professional registrations.
Payments are made prior to each session. Either by standing order (monthly or weekly) or by bacs payments. All payments must be received before the day of the appointment. If you have to cancel an appointment 72 hours notice is required or payment will be required. Please give a month's notice of any holidays (other than bank holidays). I am able to take contactless payments if required.
For 2020 my leave is currently
27th April to the 1st May
1st August to 31st August.
I will give you at least one month's notice of any potential training dates.
I offer a sliding scale based on income. Fees will be discussed at the initial assessment. I do try to offer some flexibility to make costs work for everyone.
Fees are reviewed annually between January and March
I would ask that you consider what you can pay as this allows the capacity for me to work with very low or unwaged clients.
I offer reduced rates for public sector workers by negotiation.
Low-cost therapy for the unwaged and carers when available.
