Welcome
A warm, considered space to think, feel and be properly understood.
About Me
I am an integrative psychotherapist (MSc) with a background spanning mental health services, safeguarding, leadership roles and private practice, and deep experience of working with complexity.
My work sits at the intersection of trauma, neurodivergence, addiction, relational difficulty and the wider systems people live and work within. Over many years I have worked closely with individuals and families navigating pressure, responsibility, visibility and long-term strain — often where there has been little space to slow down or be fully understood.
I am particularly attentive to the ways family histories, unspoken experiences and long-term survival strategies can shape people's inner worlds and relationships across generations, often in subtle but profound ways.
My approach is also informed by a lived, practical understanding of neurodivergence, which brings a grounded awareness of masking, burnout, misattunement, sensory and relational overwhelm, and the impact of having to function within systems not designed with neurodivergent minds in mind. My work is neuro-affirming, non-pathologising, and paced to support regulation and safety.
I also have long-standing experience of creative and high-pressure professional worlds, which continues to inform how I understand identity, performance, resilience and the unseen roles people hold behind the scenes.
Today I work in private practice with a small, carefully held caseload, offering psychotherapy that is steady, relational and paced for depth. My focus is on creating a safe and containing space where difficult experiences can be explored thoughtfully, without rushing, fixing or reducing complexity.
I am based in Frome, Somerset, offering in-person sessions across the surrounding areas — including Bath, wider Somerset, Wiltshire and Dorset — and working online with clients across the UK and internationally.

Empowerment Retreats and Groups for Women
Throughout the year I run occasional retreats and small groups for women — gentle, restorative spaces to grow, reconnect with yourself, and feel more steady and resourced in your life.
Kept deliberately small so they stay safe and personal, these gatherings draw on the same integrative approach as my one-to-one work: reflective conversation, breath and relaxation practices, EFT and grounding exercises, and unhurried time to rest, connect and simply be. Some run as a single day; others as a series of sessions over several weeks.
They're for any woman quietly carrying a great deal — recovering from burnout, navigating change, rebuilding confidence, or simply wanting time away from the demands of daily life to reconnect with her own needs and strengths. No prior experience is needed, and you're welcome whether or not we've worked together before.
Women often leave feeling calmer, clearer and more connected — to themselves and to one another — with practical tools they can carry back into everyday life.
Interested? Retreats and groups run periodically through the year. If you'd like to hear when the next one is planned, do get in touch and I'll let you know — no commitment, just an invitation when the time comes.
